Owner and legal review required before paid public launch.

No physical address, legal entity, registration number, tax number or governing law has been invented.

01

Draft status and scope

This page describes the intended handling of data across Packeri websites, accounts, generators, subscriptions and support. The owner must add the verified operating entity, applicable jurisdiction, effective date, retention schedule and any mandatory controller address before representing it as jurisdiction-complete.

02

Information provided by users

Packeri may process names, email addresses, authentication choices, saved projects, dimensions, material settings, exports, coupon entries, messages and support requests. Users should not place confidential or sensitive personal information inside project names or packaging notes unless the service expressly supports it.

03

Service, payment and technical data

Packeri may record subscription status, payment-provider references, billing events, account entitlements, security events, device and browser details, IP-derived request data, error records and consent-aware analytics. Packeri should not receive or store a user's full PayPal payment credentials.

04

How information is obtained

Information may come directly from the user, from activity generated while using Packeri, and from configured identity, payment, hosting, email, security and analytics providers. Provider-specific disclosures must match the integrations actually enabled at launch.

05

How information is used

Data is used to authenticate users, deliver geometry and project features, create requested exports, manage plans and payments, apply coupons, answer messages, protect accounts, diagnose failures, improve product performance and meet verified legal obligations.

06

Cookies and analytics

Essential session and anti-abuse storage may be required for login and service security. Non-essential analytics must follow the published consent settings and applicable law. Users can also use browser controls to delete or block storage, although blocking essential storage may prevent login.

07

Service providers and disclosure

Packeri may share only the information needed with configured providers that support hosting, email delivery, identity, payment, analytics, security and customer support. Information may also be disclosed when required by valid law or to investigate fraud, abuse or threats. Packeri does not claim to sell personal information.

08

Google account data

If Google sign-in is enabled, Packeri may receive the basic profile information and email address needed to authenticate or link an account. That data is intended for account access and service operation, not advertising. The exact Google scopes and deletion behavior must match the production integration.

09

Security

Passwords are hashed, session tokens are stored as hashes, secrets are kept outside public code and administrative actions are audited. No online service can promise absolute security. Suspected security issues may be reported to [email protected].

10

Retention and deletion

Account, project, transaction-reference and security data should be retained only while needed for the stated purpose, service continuity, fraud prevention or verified legal duties. Exact periods remain an owner and legal decision. Users may request account or project deletion through [email protected], subject to identity verification and lawful retention needs.

11

Access, correction and other requests

Privacy or data-rights requests may be sent to [email protected]. Packeri may verify identity before disclosing, correcting, exporting or deleting data. Available rights and response periods depend on the user's applicable law and must be honored where required.

12

Children and legal capacity

Packeri is intended for people able to enter the applicable service agreement. Any minimum age, parental-consent process or education use must be finalized for the jurisdictions and launch markets actually served.

13

International processing and changes

Hosting and service-provider locations depend on the production configuration; this draft does not invent a controller location or transfer mechanism. A finalized policy must explain relevant cross-border safeguards, its effective date and how material changes are communicated.

14

Contact

Privacy and data-rights questions may be sent to [email protected]. General account help may be sent to [email protected].

Packaging, unfolded
