Cancellation

Refund review
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable checkout terms and law. Any available timing, conditions and remedies are shown before payment and reviewed against the circumstances of the request.
Bank transfers
Unapproved transfers do not activate access. Approved transfers and any manual refund require an admin audit record and verified payment reference.
